Every child deserves an individualized pathway to participation and growth. Milestones is a therapist-founded practice offering pediatric therapy, enrichment programs, and community experiences that support children where they live, learn, and grow. THE MILESTONES METHOD™ The Milestones Method is our therapist-developed framework for helping children reach their fullest potential. We believe not every child requires therapy—and not every child who requires therapy needs the same level of therapeutic support. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, we help families find the right level of support, in the right environment, at the right time. Inspired by established occupational therapy principles, including the Person-Environment-Occupation (PEO) Model, we recognize that children grow best when we consider the whole child, the environment in which they learn, and the activities that are meaningful to them. Thoughtfully prepared indoor and outdoor environments encourage child-led play, Invitations to Play, movement, exploration, creativity, relationships, and meaningful participation, allowing children to develop skills through authentic experiences that are engaging, purposeful, and fun. OUR CONTINUUM OF SERVICES Every child begins in a different place. Children enter our continuum based on their strengths, needs, goals, and stage of development, and may move throughout the continuum as those needs evolve. Some children participate in one service, while others benefit from multiple services at the same time. While we occasionally offer drop-in opportunities, Milestones is not a drop-in indoor play facility. Summer Enrollment • Weekly Drop-In Registration • Subscription Enrollment (prorated when available) Fall Enrollment Now enrolling for our Fall Enrichment Semester beginning September 8, 2026. Submitting a Request Appointment is an enrollment request only and does not automatically reserve your child's space. We'll follow up with program information, availability, pricing, and enrollment instructions before registration is finalized. INSURANCE & PAYMENT Therapy Services • In-network with Anthem commercial health plans • Superbills available for many out-of-network plans • Private-pay options available • Payment arrangements available when appropriate Enrichment Programs Enrichment Programs are non-therapy services and are not eligible for insurance reimbursement. We strive to keep our programs accessible through affordable subscriptions, weekly drop-in opportunities when available, and flexible payment options whenever possible.
